We are able to offer weekend farm holidays only 40 minutes from London.
We have 2 semi-detached cottages on the farm; each able to sleep up to 5 or 6 people. For larger parties it would be possible to rent the 2 together.
The cottages offer crisp clean accommodation and are self catering, although basic larder food and fresh laundry and towels are supplied.
You will find bacon in the fridge should you chose a Sunday morning fry up, but you will have to collect your own eggs from the farms chickens to cook with them!
The papers will be delivered on Sunday morning and there is a TV and DVD player should the area not provide enough entertainment!!!
We will provide maps of the local footpaths for beautiful local walks and discount on food at the local pubs and restaurants.
It must be remembered this is a working dairy farm and not a children's touristy farm attraction. (not a plastic slide in sight!) Forget your Gucci Loafers and pack your Wellington boots!

The Cost for the accommodation is a fixed fee anytime of the year. It covers the cost of the property and is not per person but the total cost. It is irrelevant whether it is for 2 people or 5, or whether it is August or November!
All heating and lighting is included in the price. The rental will be from Thursday to Sunday.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and full settlement 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellations must be 1 month before the start date of the holiday and will be entitled to a 50% refund.
We are sorry to say that pets are not allowed in the cottages or on the farm.
